I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience working with couples, individuals and young adults who are looking to improve their well-being and quality of life.  I believe in the power of human connection and feel that therapy is most effective when a genuine, trusting, and collaborative dynamic exists between us. As your therapist, I will help you feel empowered to take the best next steps towards personal healing and growth.  I specialize in couples, sexual health, self-worth, and life transitions affecting men, women and young adults.  I welcome clients in a non-judgmental space where it is safe to express your whole self, speak your truth and grow from within.  I am committed to helping my clients live authentically. 

I graduated SUNY College of Cortland with a Bachelors of Science in Health Education and a minor in Biology and Gerontology.  I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from  Stony Brook University.  I have taught human sexuality and mental health to adolescents and adults for over two decades.  I am the author of  "Connect With Your Teen".  I hold a certificate in teletherapy and have achieved Level 1 and 2 of the Gottman Couples Therapy Method.  I am a member of the American Association of Sexual Educators,  Counselors, and Therapists.
